Who we are?
ERJ Custom Homes was established by husband and wife, Jesse and Evelyn shortly after they built their own personal home. The process of customizing every aspect of their home—from designing the layout to selecting finishes, to ensuring the right quality trades were hired and supervising the construction —ignited a passion in them for homebuilding. This hands-on involvement to create a tailored living space also inspired them to embark on a journey of building homes for others, aiming to replicate that sense of personalization and creativity for future homeowners. It is our passion to build not only beautifully aesthetic homes but structurally sound & innovative homes.
After graduating from UTSA with an emphasis in real estate finance and development, Evelyn set her sights on her real estate roots which began at an early age watching her mother design floor plans on sketch paper and her father building homes. She turned to her husband, Jesse Ramirez, and with his educational background in Business, they have been helping one homeowner at a time from lot acquisition to building each home nail by nail, board by board.
